Previously released in 2013 on the album “High Moon Order” (Free Dirt). Newly arranged by Betse Ellis and Clarke Wyatt. Longtime friend Mark Smeltzer wrote a song decades ago called Lay Your Burden Down, and many years later, I realized that his song gave me some answers to my internal struggles . . . so I wrote the question in response to his answer.
